This policy outlines the SaaS billing terms for virtual business cards, including upgrade payments, subscription cancellations, and refund eligibility for both digital plans and physical products (e.g., printed NFC smart cards).
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise) to unlock premium card features, advanced lead capture, and custom analytics. Subscription payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
You have full control over your subscription. You can initiate a premium digital business card subscription cancellation at any time directly through your user dashboard settings:
Upon cancellation, your premium plan will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After the period expires, your profile will revert to our Free plan limits, and some custom blocks or themes may be hidden.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the following refund guidelines:
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Since you can cancel your plan at any time to prevent future billing, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new annual subscriptions. If you upgrade to an annual plan and decide it is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be approved, but you can cancel the subscription to prevent it from renewing next year.
To request a refund on an eligible annual plan, please email billing@eporichoy.com from the email address associated with your account, stating your username and purchase date. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If you purchase a custom-printed physical NFC card from us (configured to open your digital business card profile on tap), the following **NFC smart card refund policy** rules apply:
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, such as upgrading to an annual plan, exporting lead databases, and immediately requesting a refund multiple times across different accounts.
