Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing eCard by ePorichoy ("we," "us," or "our"). We strive to deliver the most reliable and premium digital business card experience for professionals worldwide. Our services and subscription plans are operated by RapidRoomz LLC.

This policy outlines the SaaS billing terms for virtual business cards, including upgrade payments, subscription cancellations, and refund eligibility for both digital plans and physical products (e.g., printed NFC smart cards).

1. Digital Subscription Billing

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise) to unlock premium card features, advanced lead capture, and custom analytics. Subscription payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.

  • Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.
  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) using the payment method on file.

2. Premium Digital Business Card Subscription Cancellation

You have full control over your subscription. You can initiate a premium digital business card subscription cancellation at any time directly through your user dashboard settings:

  1. Log in to your account at ecard.eporichoy.com/login.
  2. Navigate to the **Billing** or **Subscription** settings page.
  3. Click **Cancel Subscription** and follow the prompts to confirm.

Upon cancellation, your premium plan will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After the period expires, your profile will revert to our Free plan limits, and some custom blocks or themes may be hidden.

3. Refund Eligibility for Digital Services

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the following refund guidelines:

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Since you can cancel your plan at any time to prevent future billing, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new annual subscriptions. If you upgrade to an annual plan and decide it is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be approved, but you can cancel the subscription to prevent it from renewing next year.

3.3 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund on an eligible annual plan, please email billing@eporichoy.com from the email address associated with your account, stating your username and purchase date. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Physical NFC Smart Card Refund Policy

If you purchase a custom-printed physical NFC card from us (configured to open your digital business card profile on tap), the following **NFC smart card refund policy** rules apply:

  • Custom-Printed Cards: Physical cards that are custom-printed with your logo, name, or QR code are printed on-demand. Due to their personalized nature, custom cards are **non-refundable** once printing has commenced.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If your physical NFC card arrives damaged, fails to scan due to an internal chip defect, or has a printing layout error on our end, we will ship a replacement card free of charge. You must report defects within **7 days of delivery** by emailing support@eporichoy.com with photos showing the issue.
  • Shipping Address Errors: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout. Please verify your address details carefully before submitting your order.

5. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, such as upgrading to an annual plan, exporting lead databases, and immediately requesting a refund multiple times across different accounts.
